I'm goofy! I have a strange sense of humor that only my father and brother truly understand

If you were to change one thing about your personality what would it be?

I suck at remembering names. I have tried many different mnemonic tricks but so far, nothing has worked.

What's the first thing you notice in a person?

I know its a cliche but the eye's have it. I'm not someone who thinks you can tell a lot about a person from their eye's but I do think you can tell if someone is home in there.

Any specific personality traits you would like to see in your life partner?

Patience. It's pretty much a requirement where I am concerned. No matter who I end up marrying, The restaurant biz will always be my mistress. Whoever I end up with will need a lot of patience to deal with that.

What do you appreciate most about your life?

My Parents! I dont get to see them that often, one is in Chicago and the other is in north-eastern New Mexico but I can still call them any time I want. By the time he was my age, my Father had already lost both of his parents so I really appreciate that I not only do I have both of them but that they are both still healthy.

What are the 5 important things you would include in your things-to-do list?

This is not my "Bucket List", it's my every day list:
5. Laugh. At yourself preferably
4. Snuggle. Look, go to the animal shelter and steal a cat if you have to but snuggling at least one hour a day is recommended by the Surgeon General, DO IT!
3. Read. There are entire weeks of my life that have been lost forever to Sci-Fi books, but I cant help it, I love them, and it's better than watching TV
2. Get Some. No explanation needed I hope
1. Be generous with your love and affection, getting hurt only serves to prove that you have a heart

A few, but not too many.

What do you like to do in your spare time/on weekends?

Do you miss your childhood?

You know what I miss? The ability (and time) to play make believe all day long! I had entire universes in my head when I was a kid.

Yes, Facebook makes it easy.

What's the best gift you've ever been given?

WOW! The temptation to be cheesy here is almost overwhelming!! Almost. My ex-girlfriend gave me an antique gold pocket watch for my birthday last year. Its beautiful and perfect.

Do you get along well with your family members and relatives?

Yup, my family is/are my favorite people in the world. They get me, I get them, they love me unconditionally, and vice-versa.

What's your favorite childhood food memory?

For my ninth birthday, my mom took me out for sushi. I ate so much so fast that I had to run to the bathroom and throw up. I was so sad that I had just lost all of my delicious sushi that I started crying. The sushi chef saw and took pity on me; he made me an entire new plate of sushi.

Whom are you more closer to, your mom or your dad?

Umm... This will be posted on a website where anyone (including my mom and dad) can read it right? No comment.

Do you like having children around you?

YES!!! I love kids and they love me, I cant help it, I'm still just a kid on the inside and I want to play!

So do you see yourself getting married in the next few years?

That would be nice.

What's your favorite thing about your chosen career?

That I still love doing it... and the free food.

If you were to win $10 million, what would you do with all that money?

Start a restaurant focused investment capitol firm. There are so many talented young chefs and restaurateurs out there, but so few of them ever get the opportunity to realize their dreams or potential. That would be my dream job.

If your were to get an opportunity to live anywhere in the world, which part of the world would you choose?

I'm thinking Korea would be cool. They seem to love some of the same things I do, namely: booze and spicy food.
